Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kepuasan mahasiswa pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kepuasan mahasiswa pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 94 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. (2) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. (3) Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. (4) Keunggulan bersaing dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari.
