The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk for the 2016–2025 period. This study employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The sample consists of the financial statements of PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk over a ten-year period, using time-series data. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing, both partially and simultaneously. The results show that, partially, CR has a positive and significant effect on DPR, while DER has no significant effect on DPR. Meanwhile, ROE has a negative and significant effect on DPR. Simultaneously, CR, DER, and ROE have no significant effect on DPR. The Adjusted R Square value is 37.10%, while the remaining 62.90% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
