This community service program was designed to strengthen capacity of MSME actors to optimize social media and Canva application as digital promotional tools. Its implementation adopted a participatory approach encompassing socialization, training, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed participants gained a better understanding of digital marketing and were able to independently create promotional designs using Canva and leverage social media to market their products. In addition, participants successfully produced digital promotional content ready for publication, which served as an initial promotional tool for their businesses. These findings indicate practice-based training combined with intensive mentoring is an effective strategy for enhancing the digital capabilities of MSME operators and supporting technology-based marketing transformation. This activity model has the potential to serve as an alternative for empowering MSMEs at the village level to strengthen their competitiveness and expand market access through the use of digital media.
