PT Garda Wira Karya is an outsourcing company providing security personnel and cleaning service workers. Employee administration at the company was previously managed manually, resulting in delays in data updates, disorganized archives, difficulties in monitoring personnel status, and an increased risk of recording errors. This study aimed to implement a Digital Employee Administration Monitoring System using Google Spreadsheet to improve the effectiveness of employee data management. The implementation methods included needs analysis, system design, system implementation, user training, and system evaluation. The developed system integrates personnel data, work placement information, contract periods, and employment status into a centralized database. The results showed that the system improved administrative efficiency, accelerated data retrieval, facilitated report preparation, and provided an early warning system for monitoring contract periods. In addition, the system reduced potential data entry errors and enhanced interdepartmental coordination.
