This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Bebalang Village community, Bangli Regency, about their active role in developing a tourist village based on Bali's Sad Kerthi Loka. The event was attended by 125 participants, consisting of students, lecturers, village officials, community leaders, local business actors, and Bebalang villagers. The methods used included preparation (coordination and preparation of materials), implementation (an interactive oral seminar on Business Development Strategies Based on Sad Kerthi Loka), and evaluation (pretest and posttest). The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participant understanding, from an average pretest score of 53 to 87 in the posttest. Participants also showed high enthusiasm during the question and answer session. This activity successfully transferred knowledge about the integration of the six elements of Sad Kerthi Loka into village tourism business development. The implementation of the interactive seminar effectively increased the capacity of the village community. Continued mentoring and the formation of tourism awareness groups are needed for the concrete implementation of the strategy.
