The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on the share price of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The research sample consists of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk’s financial statements over a ten-year period, which were processed into time-series data. Data analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that, when considered individually, Net Profit Margin has no effect on share price. Earnings Per Share also has no effect on share price. Simultaneously, neither the Net Profit Margin nor Earnings Per Share has an effect on the Share Price. The coefficient of determination indicates that the variables Net Profit Margin and Earnings Per Share are able to explain variations in the Share Price, whilst the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Thus, neither the Net Profit Margin nor Earnings Per Share, either partially or simultaneously, has an effect on the Share Price of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk
