Journal Economics Technology & Entrepreneur is committed to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of its scholarly record. When errors or research misconduct are identified in published articles, the journal will take appropriate action in accordance with established publication ethics standards.
1. Correction (Erratum or Corrigendum)
A correction may be issued when minor errors are identified in a published article, such as calculation errors, missing citations, or inaccuracies in author names. Corrections are appropriate when the errors do not invalidate the main findings or substantially affect the article's conclusions. All corrections will be clearly documented and linked to the original publication.
2. Retraction
A retraction may be issued when an article's findings are unreliable, its conclusions are invalidated by significant errors, or the article is found to involve serious research misconduct, such as plagiarism, duplicate publication, or data fabrication or falsification.
Retracted articles will remain accessible on the journal's website to preserve the scholarly record. However, the article will be clearly marked as "RETRACTED", and a formal retraction notice explaining the reason for the retraction will be published and linked to the original article.
The journal will assess each case carefully and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the scholarly record and maintain public trust in academic publishing.
